My name is Trish Lynch, and I have been breeding something since I can remember. My earliest memories are of earth worms found in the garden when I was just 4 years old. Two decades later I was in the thick of it breeding and developing an Australian dog breed called the "Tenterfield Terrier" and at the same time I was also working with others to create a good breeding stock base for the Miniature Horse in Australia.

 

Eighteen years ago, I found the love of cats through my son Rhys, who, at the time was not very accepting of our dogs. Even as a baby, Rhys was drawn to the feline form and it's movements. As these things progress, we adopted a Tonkinese rescue and the passion grew from there to of course, another developmental breed, as it was in Australia at the time. El'Sprite Tonkinese genetics are in many Australian Tonkinese breeding lines and most are cherished members of loving families in every state of Australia and aboard.

 

We are now in Oberon, NSW but when we were in Sydney we had 6 son's who all got involved with the day to day running of the cattery. Rhys, at 10 years old (now 18) has participated in Junior Handler classes in hopes to become a steward at shows when he is old enough.*
